Hola! My name is Mariana Cairo.

I am a Mexican freelance illustrator currently living in Switzerland.

After finishing my studies in Architecture, I worked for a few years in various architectural studios in Mexico and Germany, while also doing freelance work as an illustrator and graphic designer.

Last year I decided to dedicate full time to my true calling and launched my own illustration studio.

I paint in the persuit to represent us women. You will see that most of my work celebrates feminity, self love and my mexican roots.

However, nature and the traditions, colors and stories of humanity have always been a strong source of inspiration.
